A platform democratizing venture investment in commercial real estate
The Challenge
Launching a venture-grade real-estate investment platform meant enforcing invitation-only onboarding with optional 24-hour trial access, multi-factor authentication and encrypted data storage. We also needed an intuitive interface for both novices and experts to discover properties through list or map search, review collateral assurance and manage pooled or individual holdings
Our Solution
We built a PHP backend with MariaDB for secure transaction logging and schema-driven data isolation. Bootstrap delivered a responsive UI featuring an interactive map search, detailed property cards and a collateral assets section. An invitation code system and trial workflow guard platform access while a customizable investor dashboard shows contributions, interest and projections. Finally, an integrated blog offers expert articles and market insights to educate and empower users
