A global ticketing platform for a world-renowned theatre troupe
The Challenge
Building a high-availability ticketing system for global performances required an interactive seat-map selector, real-time availability updates and a secure checkout flow. We also needed a personal dashboard for users to view past visits and a blog CMS for troupe news—all while ensuring fast load times and reliable service under peak demand
Our Solution
We implemented a Laravel backend exposing RESTful endpoints for events, seat maps and orders. A React frontend renders an SVG-based venue map with live availability and handles payment integration via Stripe. User accounts store ticket wallets and visit history, while a lightweight CMS powers the blog. The entire stack runs on AWS with auto-scaling to maintain sub-200 ms response times and 99.9 % uptime
